Each yoga session will run from 10.00 – 11.15 each day.
In the beautiful heritage setting of Caversham Court Gardens, Reading Thames Festival will host yoga sessions for all levels of expertise – you do not need to have practised yoga before, but if you are a yoga bunny the sessions are also for you! Treat yourself to a free, open air yoga session with wonderful views of the River Thames and the beautiful gardens.
Each day the session will practice a different yoga style – whilst the events are free booking is required. Some yoga mats available, but please bring your own if you have one.
